Ir Samantha was recognized by North America Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE) as one of the 30 top young changer-makers (under the age of 30) in environmental education around the world. She dedicated to serving the
community and was awarded by the HKSAR Home Affairs Bureau as the dual winner of the Hong Kong Top 10 Outstanding Youth and Social Service Award in 2014, to recognize her personal achievements, leadership and outstanding social service performances.

She is an Environmental Engineer by profession and the Co-Founder of Eldpathy Hong Kong, a social enterprise that adopts the strategy of “experiential learning” since 2013. With the vision of building an age-friendly and equal community, 
Eldpathy aims to enhance public’s empathy towards the elderly through the Elderly Simulation Programme.

Samantha is currently the Regional Director of World Information Transfer, an NGO that is in consultative status with the United Nations promoting health and environmental literacy. Her passion for international relations and environmental
issues brought her to represent Hong Kong as one of the ten representatives from all over the world to work at the United Nations Headquarters upon completion of her bachelor’s degree in 2014. She also previously represented Hong Kong at
the G20 Youth Summit 2013 to discuss the global environmental issues with the experts.

Samantha is now serving as an advisory panel on several government boards and committees, to advise strategies in promoting youth development and environmental education programmes in Hong Kong. In December 2018, she has been selected as the youngest member to serve on the Advisory Council on the Environment, the highest advisory body to the Government on environmental matters. She is also a column writer and author of ⎾誰說 Engineering 是水泡科」, a book to showcase real-life stories that demonstrate how engineering influences our daily lives and documents the journey to becoming a professional engineer. Her goal in life is to promote positive change in the world through education and
learning.

江穎敏工程師於 2018 年獲北美環境教育協會選為⎾全球 30 位年青環境教育家」，以嘉許世界各地青年領袖，特 別是以教育的力量凝聚社會，為保護環境帶來正向改變。她致力服務社會，並於 2014 年獲香港民政事務局頒發⎾香港十大優秀青年⏌及「社會服務獎」，為該屆的雙料得獎者，以表揚其個人成就、領導才能及傑出社會服務表現。

她現為環境工程師及社會企業歷耆者(Eldpathy Hong Kong)共同創辦人，自 2013 年以來一直採用⎾體驗式學習⏌策略。隨著建立一個年齡相近，平等社區的願景，Eldpathy 旨在加強公眾透過長者模擬體驗計劃對長者的同理心。

她目前為獲有聯合國全面諮商身份的非營利、非政府機構的世界信息傳輸機構的區域總監，以提倡環境健康及提升相關認識為行動宗旨。她對國際關係和環境問題的熱情使她曾代表香港成為全球十名代表之一，於 2014 年完成學士學位後遠赴紐約聯合國總部工作。她亦於 2013 年代表香港在二十國集團青年峰會與專家商討全球環境問
題。

她現在擔任多個政府委員會的諮詢小組委員，就推動香港青年發展計劃及環境保育的策略提供意見。於 2018 年12 月，她被選為環境諮詢委員會最年輕的成員，環境諮詢委員會是政府在環境問題上的最高諮詢機構。她亦是一名專欄作家及⎾誰說 Engineering 是水泡科⏌的作者，一本展示現實生活故事的書，說明工程如何影響我們的日常生活，並記錄了成為工程師的旅程。她希望透過教育和學習，實現抱負，為社會出一分力。
